Located in Bethesda, Maryland, this small home architecture is an excellent example of how comfortable minimalist contemporary home can be. From the street, this house looks fabulous with its wooden frame wrapped the concrete painted in white. Called The Matryoshka House, this home presenting a series of volumes nested one inside another.

then completed with a suspended meditation chamber in the core. This space used as the physical and spiritual center of the project.

The interior were set on modern minimalist with minimalist furniture too. The most captivating room of this house is the meditation room that located in the core home. Surrounded by a wooden container that encases the living areas of the house, this room like a glowing box . An alternating tread stair engages the participant to deliberately ascend the threshold to the meditation chamber. Wooden kitchen in modern design is perfect to complete this house.
