The penthouse designed by ALTUS Architecture+Design caught our attention not just with their splendid interior design but also the uncommon look of stairs there. The stairs are steel tubular encapsulated with holes which gives some sort of industrial look. The condominium here is specially designed for young professional who looks for diversity. The penthouse has nice view of Minneapolis lakes and it’s a perfect privacy and well designed socializing living space.

Here’s some words about the apartment’s design: “The private master suite is created behind a curved white marble dust plaster wall that pulls one into the space.  A freestanding Burlington stone bathroom mass organizes the master suite and separates the bedroom area from the bath and dressing spaces..  Suspended cabinet elements of domestic and Australian Walnut draw one into the living room and kitchen spaces.  Stainless steel countertops and translucent glass walls create a progressive modern quality to the interior edges of the space.”
