Modish Clocks by George Nelson for Vitra

The designer of these clocks are George Nelson, a person who dedicate all of his life designing a wide range of wall clocks in the 1950’s and the 60’s for Howard Miller company. These modish clocks are unlike any other ordinary clock which shows just time. They are all about designs and style. There are three modern genuine clocks which have been re issued by Vitra and they are Polygon clock which is made of solid walnut and lacquered, the Wheel clock with a solid walnut also and aluminum tips and the Flock of Butterflies mad of metal with a diameter of 610 millimeters. Both Polygon and Wheel clocks were designed in 1961, while the Flock of Butterflies Clock was built sometimes longer than those two and that is in 1955. Check for more here.
