Australian Fascinating Beachside Residence by Studio101 Architects

It is very typical for me as I’ve seen mostly that Australian home design always well known for three things. They are the wooden materials which are used in most houses, the natural furnished bricks and the great garden and back yard design. Well, make that as four things. So this beachside residence is a fascinating architecture from Studio101 Architects.

The architects said that “The rectilinear nature of the site and natural typography encouraged a simple yet highly efficient floor plan incorporating three pavilions linked by a continuous circulation spine.  The eastern pavilion houses the sleeping and bathing zones while the living zones are orientated to the north. The primary living space contains the kitchen/dining/living and floats above a masonry podium, cranking towards true north to maximize sun exposure and frame the elevated treed outlook.” You can clearly see it all that his house has a good space of outdoors as I mentioned earlier and without no doubt the modern home design as well as the interior is definitely terrific.
